Is it fine to go with this 3rd market air filter by filter heads?

One of the 3rd party mechanics I called said for $100 the transmission flush would just be a drain and replacement not a full flush and that theres is a full flush but it has to be within $300 range. I am still gonna go with Acura dealership with transmission.
