Anyone use One Pass Select? If so, how does it work?

As far as the number of classes, for example if a cyclebar on side of town takes One Pass Select and a cyclebar on the other side (with different owners) takes One Pass can I use 4 classes at each studio a month? Or would it only be 4 classes total a month?
