As for the specific guitar. All the guitars you listed are great (you can’t buy a bad guitar for $900 and as a beginner the small differences will be lost on you anyway). As you’ve never played before the feel test doesn’t really work so I’d buy the guitar you like the look of the best so long as it has a humbucker in the bridge.
